If you don't let the concrete surface dry for 24 hours, moisture can get trapped under the sealer, causing whitening, or clouding and shortening the sealer's lifespan. The colour we use is mixed with the sealer and penetrates the concrete surface, unlike paint, which can peel, flake, or chip over time.
