The project included the refurbishment and renovation of 30 balcony/ deck townhouses.

The scope of the project included:
- Ensure adequate subsoil drainage and relief points
- Ensure adequate waste points
- Ensure the protection of membrane to walls with a protective barrier
- Inspect the integrity of walls, floors, and junctions.
- Install a suitable hydro cell with geotechnical fabric
- Install and seal puddle flange
- Maximise the amount of water being displaced to drains, avoiding prolonged saturation of soil.
- Re‐inspect and lay new bedding to falls wherever necessary
- Re‐inspect and repair floor waste junctions to substrate and ensure the proper lapping within the discharge line.
- Re‐line the walls and floors with new membrane.
- Remove soil and clean areas to allow proper rectification to proceed
- Waterproofing systems to allow adequate lapping into the discharge line
